Maritri is a classically trained and self-taught multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and composer. She sang backup for Barbara Streisand and Michael Amante, composed music for the Washington ballet and is in the Soulfolk Experience band. She has scored several films and theater pieces and travelled extensively as a solo musician and with ensembles.
