The bodhrán is the heartbeat of Irish music. This ancient frame drum is traditionally played with a mallet or tipper. The modern Irish word bodhrán is properly pronounced “bow-rawn” with a slight emphasis on the first syllable. Bring your own bodhran or borrow one of ours.
